Epilepsy is a noncommunicable condition affecting more than 50 Million people worldwide. In Africa more than 10Million people suffer from epilepsy while here in Uganda more than 770,000 people have the condition. Due to lack of correct information and knowledge about this condition people affected are stigmatised and discriminated from all spheres of life: They are left out of education, employment, marriage and generally excluded from activities and decisions affecting their life.
