Bathopele NGO has been a cornerstone in promoting human rights and gender equality in the Northern Cape since its inception. Our initiatives focus on addressing gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF), advocating for human rights, and empowering youth through various programs. In the past year alone, we have reached over 5,000 individuals through our community outreach programs, providing essential support and education on human rights and GBVF. Our dedicated team of 25 staff members and 15 volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that vulnerable populations receive the support they need. Our efforts have led to significant improvements in community awareness and a reduction in GBVF incidents, as well as the empowerment of young people to become advocates for change in their communities.
